This sideboard was designed with both Shaker and Arts & Crafts features. The arched skirt and visually substantial tapered legs are typical features of Arts & Crafts furniture. The glass doors, while not common to Shaker pieces, were simple where they were used, The large overhang of the cabinet top is typical of Shaker furniture.
